Namkeen Seviyan

Ingredients:

Seviyan (Vermicilli): 1 cupOnion: 1 (chopped)Tomato: 1(chopped)Carrot: 1(grated or chopped)Potato: 1(chopped)Peas: 1/2 cupSalt: to tasteRed chilli pwd: to tasteOil: 1-2 tbspCumin seeds: 1 tsp 
Method:

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.Add onion. Cook till translucent on medium flame.Add potato, tomato, carrot and peas. Cook till done. Add salt and read chilli pwd.Add ~ 3-4 cups of water. Take a boil on high flame.Add seviyan and lower the flame. Cook for 4-5 mins.Serve hot.
