Nauratan Gosht
Nauratan Gosht Ingredients Mutton ½ kgOil ½ cup Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Onion ground 1 large Chili powder 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp leveled Turmeric ¼ tsp Tomatoes chopped 2 Green chilies 4 Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Bottle gourd (cut into medium cubes) 1 cup Spinach finely chopped 1 cup Dill finely chopped 2 tbsp Fenugreek leaves chopped 1 bunch Peas ½ cup Carrots (cut into cubes) 1 French beans (cut into 1 inch pieces) ½ cup Lady finger (deep fried) 15 Potato (cut into 8 pieces) 1 large Method Peel and cut vegetables, slightly fry them except spinach, dill, fenugreek leaves and tomatoes, heat ½ cup oil, fry 1 ground onion till light pink in color, add in 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric with 2 chopped tomatoes and ½ kg mutton, fry well, add 2 cups water, cover and cook till mutton is nearly tender.Add 1 cup finely chopped spinach, 2 tbsp dill and 1 bunch fenugreek leaves, fry well for 10 minutes, then add all the fried vegetables with ½ a cup of water, simmer for 15 minutes till done. Lastly add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and 4 green chilies.
