Next: Exercise
I’m standing in my workout gear as I type this blog post, so I’m going to whiz right through dinner. I’m really trying to make fitness a priority in my life, and if I don’t exercise in the next few minutes, I’ll never go! Good thing I already put on my workout clothes! Sometimes, that’s half the battle for me! I went out for a beer with a few of my coworkers after work, so by the time I got home, I was famished! Immediately, I dug into some baked cheddar chips. I started eating them straight from the bag, but then poured some into a bowl, which ended up being a smart decision! I probably could have eaten the whole bag!
For dinner, I whipped up a simple homemade salad with a soft boiled egg on top.
I loved the runny yolk with the balsamic vinegar and mixed greens. Yum!
For “dessert,” I toasted a piece of whole wheat bread and topped it with creamy Barney Butter. Just what I wanted!
Time to sweat! Have a nice evening!
