No Bake Cookie Oatmeal
Amazing taste, incredible health and absolutely filling! I have a good friend, Michele Tune, in the blogosphere who offered wise advice, ?a little junk food won?t hurt!? At least not when it is paired with healthy, nutritious foods. We take to the motto of Celebrating Nutrition in our home. This breakfast delight follows great advice and our own motto. I love Wild Harvest for their organic products. The instant oatmeal is a staple in my house for quick snacks and hearty breakfasts. Let?s not forget the amazing people at Tropical Traditions either! This Coconut Peanut Butter is delightful! Okay, so the good stuff? One packet of instant original oatmeal Two tablespoons of Coconut Peanut butter 1/8 cup of chocolate chips (around 40 chips) 1 cup of hot water Pour the oatmeal into a bowl. Add cup of hot water. Drop in chocolate chips and add the peanut butter. Mix it together and enjoy! I also wanted to add: The Coconut Peanut Butter from Tropical Traditions is typically less solid. The Coconut Oil mixed in leaves it pretty runny. However, as we are fighting negative degree temperatures outside, my peanut butter has solidified. I actually have to place it in warm water for about 30 minutes for it to be at it?s normal consistency. No matter if it is solidified or a liquid, I simply LOVE it! Curious as to what is on my Christmas List? Check it out! Until next time: eat well, play hard, have fun and LIVE! related searches : Bake
