No coal!

Merry Christmas!

Santa came and did not leave coal!

We were all good children and opened our plethora of gifts together.

I sipped Crème Brule coffee spiked with egg nog. My brother and I made some brownies to make the house smell sweet. And we jammed to jazzy Christmas music all morning.

It?s been a good Christmas.

I received some of the coolest blogging and baking gifts!

Don?t you love the huge dish cloth? I think it will make my food look so pretty, and the colors are perfect for all seasons.

I?m so excited to bake with this Princess Emulsion instead of vanilla extract. The smell is so cool. It?s sort of sweet and nutty. I know it will take cookies to the next level.

This is probably the best gift! I?ve been wanting a kitchen timer for a while. This one has two timers in one, perfect since we have 2 ovens.

I hope you are all having a great Christmas! I can?t wait to hunker down and read about all your festivities this afternoon. I have a recipe coming later today!
