No-Tahini Hummus for Celery & Apples

By The Delicious Life (Visit website)

I started making hummus today and then realized (after adding the chickpeas and lemon juice) that I was out of tahini.  So here's my no-tahini hummus that's surprisingly good!

Ingredients

1 15-oz jar of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 - 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/8 - 1/4 c lemon juice

1 Tbl Newman's Own sesame ginger salad dressing
1/4 c water
Handful of fresh parsley
Salt
Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
Serve with celery sticks and tart apples
