Nougat Liquor Cake

To celebrate, I was going over Backen macht Freude from Dr. Oetker, a book my mother-in-law gave me for my birthday.I stumbled upon this recipe (well, yet another one) a very tempting one, Egg Liquor Cake. As it turns out, I haven't been able to find this liquor, yet another inconvinient in the provinces life, but I have replaced it with this other Nougat liquor (talking about Christmas time) and here it is. Irresistible. It hasn't disappointed us.
