Oat and Sultana Cookies

Oat and Sultana is good combination. I like this cookie.

It?s easy and quick to make. Try it!




Ingredients:
1C=240ml, 1TSP=15ml, 1tsp=5ml
*** Dry ***
1/2C       Rolled Oats
1/2C       Unbleached Flour
1/2C       Whole Wheat Pastry Flour or Corn Flour
1/4tsp     Baking Powder (Aluminum free)
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/2C       Sultanas
*** Wet ***
1/4C       Pure Maple Syrup
3TSP      Safflower Oil
1TSP      Soy Milk or water


Preheat oven 170?, sift all flour ingredients
1         Place Dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to mix well.
2         Place Wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to mix well.
3         Add (wet) to (dry), mix all.
4         Drop dough (1TSP) on baking paper then press gentry.
5         Bake 13 -15 minutes.
