October 16 Pomegranate Candies
We had a half box of white chocolate candy coating left over from the White Chocolate Pretzels. Also in the fridge was a pomegranate I purchased to show the girls what the seeds look and taste like. I cut up half and sent seeds in their lunches. It did not go over well. I needed a use for the second half. It was not a big stretch to think that Audrey would enjoy melting chocolate and pouring it into candy molds for easy gifts.

Pour into a candy mold or ice cube trays to set. Refrigerate until set. There were a few candies that fell apart when they came out of the mold and I felt it my duty to try them. They were wonderful. They should keep in the fridge for at least a month so feel free to make them ahead of time for great holiday gifts. Because the seeds contain liquid they will not work in the freezer. related searches : October
