October 19 Pomegranate Jelly

Pomegranate Jelly 4 cups pomegranate juice 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 6 cups sugar 1 1/2 pouches liquid pectin Put pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and sugar into a large stockpot. Bring to a rolling boil. Add liquid pectin; return to a rolling boil, and cook 1 minute. Immediately transfer to jelly jars. Audrey's Tasks: Help measure and add ingredients to pot Stir sugar and watch for rolling boil Help place jelly in jars Mom's Task: Gather ingredients Help place jelly in jars This was a simple process. Only time will tell if the jelly sets up. It is supposed to set up within two weeks. I elected to simply place the jelly in jars rather than can it. related searches : October
