Have I said that I cannot wait until July 30 when I will finally be free of studying? It's so beautiful outside today and I'm stuck inside studying. I know it's just a limited time but it's hard to get and stay motivated when it's so nice outside.

Enough complaining and on to food. Breakfast was Oats In A Jar! I was excited to cook my oats directly in my glass PB jar which was essentially empty. I used 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup milk, a sliced banana, and the PB remnants. This was so good!
I also had a big latte and saved the rest of the pot of coffee to make iced coffee for the rest of the week.

I took a break for lunch to finish The Help. I loved this book and I really recommend it. While reading, I had the leftover cashew chicken from Friday night.
