One last Hurah!
This afternoon I was feeling all kinds of snacky, I couldn't put my finger on what exactly I was craving so I held out for a bit to ruminate. I opened, closed, opened, closed, until I had exhausted the hinges on my cabinets and then it hit me.
 Peanut butter plate with grahams and sliced pear Sweet and salty never fails! This definitely hit the spot. I enjoyed some Chai Tea alongside, my last bag! It offered some hallowed prayer as well, I quite liked this one today.  "Life is a flow of love; your participation is requested." I think this one is one of my all time favorites. Delivered ever so simply, it offers a laugh as well; When you realize how simple the course of life is. So long as you stop fighting it. Now, in special talent news: You may not know this, but I am a professional bad luck mobile. Yes, it's true. Stay clear, I will nick, scratch, bump, deflate anything that crosses my path! I've got quite the track record. I'm pretty much on a first name basis with the Good Year crew. Well, in true form, I managed to get not one but two flat tires tonight on my way home. Don't ask me hot I do it, It is a gift. Momma dearest came to the scene with back up. I, obviously, didn't have my AAA card on hand, so we abandoned ship and will have to deal with it first thing in the morning. Sunday nights are the best night to this by the way, if you were wondering. I suppose I just needed one last hurah before I get my walk on in the city! Agh! ;) After I found my way back home, I got started on a late dinner. I had something else in mind but for times sake and belly's sake I opted for the quickest route.  You guessed it Tempeh, mashed Sweet p's, and Green beans sauteed with Leeks and dill Ok, so I may have lied when I said it was the last of my tempeh. To clear it up, it was my last batch and It made 2 servings, OK. Then, In true thrifty spirit, I picked out the sweet p's from last night's salad, and popped them in the micro. They had soaked up so much flavor, this was such a fabo idea! My apartment is sparkling clean and spotted with candles. Im pretending it is quiet next door and off to relax a bit after a long day!
