A few days ago, we were running out of cookies here (!!!), so in an attempt to save my parents and myself from near starvation (slight over exaggeration, perhaps) I  baked up up a batch of Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies from Crepes of Wrath. Only 1/4 cup of oil which pleased my mom and my dad said they reminded him of the cookies his mom used to make, so that's not a bad thing in my book. They were easy to make, soft, and tasty. I was initially looking for something more chewy, but this fulfilled my chocolate chip cookie craving/empty cookie jar. I baked mine for 10 minutes with good results.

I don't think I'll make them again, but only because I like my cookies chewier. I don't think I need the milk that the recipe called for and wonder what difference it made. I used a tablespoon to scoop out the cookie dough (heaping tablespoon) and got about 30 cookies. Be forewarned that they spread out in the oven. If I were t make these again, I think I would add some more chocolate chips; I felt that more were needed. Also, for easier cleanup, I put waxed paper on the cookie sheet because the less dishes I have to do, the better/I'm just lazy.
