Ingredients:
3 c. raw chopped walnuts
6 c. oats
3/4 c. flaxseed
3/4 c. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 pinches of salt
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. honey
1 c. apple juice

Preparation:
First, mix the dry ingredients. Then mix the wet ingredients in a saucepan and put on medium-high heat. Let it simmer. What I mean by that is look for the little bubbles to form on the bottom. Take it off the heat and pour over the dry ingredients. Go ahead and give it a good stir. Then, put on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 275 degrees. When that time is up, take it out, stir it around, and then bake at 350 degrees for another 15 minutes. Once everything is baked, let it cool and mix in whatever fruit you desire.
