Ingredients:
6 medium Potatoes
1 onion sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper (opt)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Scrub and wash potatoes

cut potatoes (including skin) into wedges by cutting each one into half, then cutting each half into four wedges, having a total of 8 wedges per potatoes.

Place into a bowl and add sliced onions.

Then add olive oil and seasoning and toss to coat.
