Beans sprouts and sesame seeds stir fried

300g bean sprouts - break away the tail, soak in water and let it dry to remove all the moist
5 shallots - sliced thinly
2 stalks spring onions -sliced or shredded
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
Mix the rice flour with the shallots and deep fry in the heated olive oil until golden brown.
Remove and keep aside. Crunch with your fingers to break into smaller pieces.
In the same oil over high heat, add the bean sprouts and keep stirring for about 3-4 mins.
Next goes in the spring onions, fried shallots, sesame seeds and oil to taste.
Stir as fast as possible just for another 2 min before removing from heat.
Serve immediately to avoid the bean sprouts from becoming soggy
