Bitter gourd------------------ 2 tbsp, seeds removed and roughly chopped
Mint leaves------------------- 1 tbsp, roughly chopped
Salt----------------------------- a pinch or to taste
Water-------------------------- 2 cups
Lemon/lime------------------- for garnish

Preparation:
This is a very healthy drink and good for body if taken early morning in empty stomach.
METHOD
Blend together all ingredients in a juicer and filter it through a sieve and serve.
Squeeze in little lemon/lime juice if needed.
Note: If it is too bitter make it very light by adding more water.Also, adding salt and lemon juice will reduce the raw bitter taste of bitter gourd.
