Ingredients:
cauliflower florets - 500 gms
egg - 2-3
onion - 1
turmeric (optional) - 1/4 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
chilly powder (can be substituted with pepper powder if need be) - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
salt - to taste

Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onions. When transclusent place the turmeric, chilly powder and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Saute for few seconds and then add the caruliflower florets. Add salt. Stir well and cover the pan with a lid. After 4-5 minutes stir the florets. Whisk the eggs with 2 pinch salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Make sure the water from the florets have completely evaporated and then pour the egg mix on the florets and scramble it till the eggs are cooked. Serve with toast, chapati or rice.
