  • When oil is heated, fry the shallots until golden brown and remove.
  • In the same oil, fry the almonds until crunchy.Add in the chillies, cumin and mustard seeds.
  • Keep frying until the seeds start to pop. Put in the cauliflower, water and salt to taste.
  • Cook until the cauliflower becomes soft.
  • Put in the fried shallots, stir into all the ingredients and remove from heat.
