Cheese and bacon stuffed butternut

- Take the seeds out of the butternut. Then, using a tablespoon, dig a path on its lenghth.
- Cook the chopped onion in some butter, until they get transparent. Put the bacon into the path in the butternut, and the cooked onions.
- Cut pieces of cheese and put them on the onions.
- Bake 45 minutes at 375°F
- There you are, your cheese and bacon stuffed butternut is ready!
