Tea Time snack from leftover bread slices, oozing with cheesy taste.

8 slices of bread
1-2 tbsp of oil
Grated Parmesan cheese - as needed
For the filling
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
2 small stalks coriander leaves - chopped
1 medium size onion - chopped
salt for taste
** Toss these ingredients into a bowl
Take about 1 tsp of the filling and place at the edge, on one side of the bread.
Leave a little space around of the edges of the bread.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Gently roll the bread to the other corner.
Seal both the edges with either water or beaten egg.
Do this to each of the bread slices.
Rub oil into a baking tray.
Transfer the rolls on to the tray, spacing them evenly.
Bake on a preheated oven at 180C for 1/2 hour or
until the rolls are light brown in color.
Remove from oven.
