Ingredients:
3 (abt 400g) potatoes - boil to soften, peel the skin off and cut into medium size chunks
1 tbsp yogurt
15g dried chillies - cut into 2 or 3 pieces
1 1/2 tbsp margarine
1 (abt 80g) onion - sliced
Spices - some cinnamon and star anise
2 stalks of coriander leaves - cut into 1 inch length
salt to taste

Preparation:
When margarine is heated, fry the spices for 2-3 mins, then add in the sliced onions and dried chillies.
Cook to soften for about 3-4 mins.
Put in the potatoes, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Cook until the potatoes are coated with a thick gravy before removing from heat.
