Ingredients:
Just like traditional ANZAC biscuits but using shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup caster /fine sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
125g butter
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1 cup combination of milk and white chocolate bits

Preparation:
* Preheat oven to 180c / 160c fan
* Line 2 trays with paper
* Combine dry ingredients (except the chocolate) in a bowl
* Melt butter and syrup in a saucepan. Add bicarb soda and stir until foamy
* Pour over dry ingredients and mix with a spoon
* Stir in chocolate
* Place heaped tablespoons onto trays, flattening with hands and allowing for spreading
* Bake 8-10 minutes until golden
* Cool on trays
