Chopped coriander leaves:25gm
Chopped shallots:4nos
Chopped green chilly:2
Minced ginger:1tsp
Grated coconut:35gm
Tamarind:3gm,soaked in some hot water&extract the juice
Salt,to taste
Water:1/3cup
For tempering:
Coconut oil:1tsp
Mustard seeds:1/2tsp
Dry red chilly:1
Shallot:1,sliced
Curry leaves:a few

Preparation:
METHOD:
Grind together coriander leaves,grated coconut, shallots,ginger,green chili and salt to a fine paste by adding enough water.
Transfer to a bowl,add water(1/3cup) and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a kadai.Add mustard seeds&allow them to splutter.
Add shallots and red chillies n curry leaves&fry until crisp.
Reduce heat to low and then add coriander paste&tamarind juice.
Increase heat and stir continuously for 1minute until heated through.
Serve hot with idli/dosa
