Ingredients:
Dosa rice-2cup
Boiled rice-1/2cup
Fenugreek seed-1tsp
Beaten rice-1tbsp
Urad dal-1/2cup
butter for preparing dosa-2tbsp

Preparation:
step 1
soak all the ingredients together for 8-9 hours.
step 2
Grind all to a smooth paste adding water.The batter should be medium consistency.
step 3
Add salt and keep overnight.
step 4
Next day morning heat the dosa tava or non-stick pan and put a tsp of butter and spread a laddle full dosa batter and cook till crisp on both the sides with butter.
step 5
