Pizza infused oil - spicy olive oil

Ingredients

• 250 ml olive oil
• 3 red chili
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 medium rosemary sprigs

Materials

• 1 empty bottle (250 ml)

Preparation

• Cut the garlic clove in half. Put the red chilis in the bottle. Add the garlic clove and the rosemary sprigs.
• Pour olive oil in the bottle and close it. Leave to soak during 30 days in a dry and out of direct light place.
  
• Pour it on top of your pizza !
