· Oil - 200 ml
· Pepper - 1 tsp
· Red chilly pwd - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Wash and peel off the skin of potatoes.
2. Pressure cook potato by adding water for just 1 whistle.
( It should be cooked ¼ th only.)
3. Allow to cool, slice the potatoes lengthwise.
4. Heat oil in a fry pan.
5. Transfer the potato pieces in hot oil.
6. Deep fry in medium flame to golden brown.
7. Take it aside, spread them in a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
8. Sprinkle salt, pepper and red chilly powder to it.
