Ingredients:
50g minced chicken (add 1 tsp ginger juice and mix)
2 green apples ( remove seeds and diced)
1 handful of kei chi/wolfberries (soaked in water for 10 mins)
1 handful dried red dates (soaked in water for 10 mins)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1tsp pepper powder
3 shallots (sliced thinly)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the garlic until crispy and remove.
In the same oil, add the shallots and minced chicken.
Fry until crispy while breaking the minced chicken with the spatula and add the soy sauce to mix in.
Add 1/2 litre of water, pepper and salt to taste.
Let it come to a boiling point.
Add in the apples, wolfberries and dates.
Cook for 2 mins and off the heat.
Garnish with the fried garlic before serving.
