Ingredients:
A hot grill insures a wonderful caramelized exterior with the rich pink flesh of the fish. While the grill is hot, cut a peeled and cored pineapple into thick slices and grill them quickly on each side just until you see char marks.
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 1 pound skinless salmon fillet
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation:
Spray the grid (s) of the grill with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, the brown sugar and the oil. Whisk to blend. Coat the salmon with part of the glaze (same remainder to baste salmon while cooking). Set fish aside for 5 - 10 minutes to absorb sauce.
Grill the salmon, until just opaque, on one side (about 5 - 7 minutes). Turn fish and grill, on other side, for 6 - 7 minutes.
Remove fish to serving platter and garnish with onions..
Serve immediately
