Your favorite fresh vegetables, sliced
Parsley and dill, chopped
Sea salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Preparation:
1. Slice vegetables into large chunky pieces
2. Place onto hot cast iron skillet with whole sardines, onions, and garlic
3. Cook ingredients until browned
4. Dress with sea salt and lemon juice
