Ham and cheese hand pies
For a simple and quick meal, take some puff pastry, and bake these delicious savory hand pies!
Preparation

Cut the pastry into 8 rectangles of the same size. Spread some cream on 4 of them.

Add 1/2 slice of ham on some grated cheese.

Cover with another rectangle of pastry, and seal the edges with a fork.

Brush with some beaten egg, and stripe the top with a knife.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
