Skyr is an Icelandic speciality between yogurt and cream cheese, with low fats and full of proteins ! This cake is healthy and perfect for a pre workout !

- Separate yolks and whites. Whisk yolks with sugar until foamy.
- Add skyr, cornstarch and mix well. Add chocolate chips and combine.
- Whisk the whites with an electric mixer until they form peaks and combine them gently to the batter.
- Pour the batter in a bundt mould (or cake pan) and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Leave the cake to cool down and unmould on a plate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. It's better to refrigerate it during 1 night. There you are, your skyr cake is ready !
