- For Seaweed Egg Tofu :
Beat beatened eggs, soy milk, seaweed and salt untill well mixed. Pour mixture to two prepared 5" tray lined with plastic sheet. - Steam for 10 minutes over medium heat. And then leave cool.
- Place cooled egg tofu to a large plate. Don't worry, the tofu can be easily released from tray.
- For Minced Chicken Sauce :
Preheat wok/frying pan with enough cooking oil.
- Stir in sliced shallot and chopped garlic, saute untill fragrant.
- Add in minced chicken and continue cooking for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Place sauce over the tofu and serve.
