Ingredients:
Honey Lemon Bread (12 slices) 1 1/2 Pound Recipe
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Honey
1 1/2 teaspoons Grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon cooking oil or butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoon dry milk
3 cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon quick active dry yeast.

Preparation:
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread maker pan in the order of ingredient above.
Select Sweet or Basic / White Cycle. Use Medium or Light for crust colour. Press Start.
Allow the Bread machine to perform the whole process of bread baking for you.
** Add the yeast on the top of the flour and away from the liquid. This is critical for good result.
