Ingredients:
Oil-3 tbsp
Onion-2(chopped)
Capsicum-1(chopped)
Garlic cloves-5-6
Mango-1\2 cup (cubed)
Lychee-1\2 cup(halved)
Vinegar-1tbsp
Chicken breast-250 gm
Salt
Red chili powder-12 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-14 tsp
Garam masala-14 tsp

Preparation:
Add oil in a pan
Add garlic and cook for 2 mins
Add onion and fry for 5 mins
Add capsicum and all the dry masalas
Cook for 2 mins
Add vinegar
Add mango, lychee and chicken
Cover and cook till chicken is done
Sprinkle little water if required
Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves
Serve hot with steamed rice
