Orange swiss roll from Portugal - Torta de laranja

Materials
Baking tray
Clean clothes
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the peel of 1 orange, and the juice of both oranges.
Then, add the melted butter, the corn starch and the baking powder. Mix well.
Grease a baking tray, and put a sheet of wax paper on the bottom. Pour the batter in it (it is not very thick but don't worry).
Bake 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Take out of the oven, and immediatly unmold on a clean cloth. Sprinkle with sugar.
Put another cloth on the cake, and flip it over. Then roll it to form your swiss roll. Leave to cool down.
There you are, your orange swiss roll is ready!

Tried this recipe. Liked it , but improved it by adding an extra orange and using the zest of all oranges.

You should add the wax paper needs to go up the sides as well as bottom or the mix leaks under the wax paper and ruins the roll.
So I tried this, followed exactly. Turned out more like scrambled eggs. Delicious, but not like what I had in Portugal. Maybe the lack of flour kept it from turning into a cake?
