150 GM RADISH skinremove,grate finely
150 GM WHEAT STARCH(TANG MEEN FUN)
250 GM SUGAR
80-90 GM GHEE
60 GM CASHEWNUTS chopped finely
10 CARDAMOMS removeskin,powdered
600 ML WATER
A pinch of SALT
20cm+15cm TRAY

Preparation:
MIX EVERTHING TO-GETHER.AND COOK GENTLY STIRRTING ALL THE TIME OVER SLOW FIRE.
KEEP ON STIRRING,IT SHOULD NOT STICK TO THE SIDES OF THE PAN,STIR TILL WATER DRIED UP AND A LITTLE FAT OOZING OUT FROM THE HALWA.REMOVE AND SPREAD ON A GREASED TRAY.GARNISHED WITH CASHEWNUTS.LET IT COOL BEFORE CUTTING.
