Rhubarb cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb rhubarb
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 lemon
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla sugar
• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup almond meal
• 1/4 cup butter

• Square mold

Preparation

• Clean and cut the borders of the rhubarb. Cut them so they can fit in the mold and peel.
• Saupoudrez le fond de votre moule beurré de sucre roux.
  Prinkle the mold bottom with brown sugar
  
• Put the rubarb on the sugar and drizzle some lemon juice on it.
• Mix eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar.
  
• Add flour + baking powder + salt + almond meal and mix well.
• Add melted butter.
  
• Pour this batter on the rhubarb.
• Bake 30 min at 350°F (180°C).
  
• Unmold when it's cold. There you are ! Your rhubarb cake is ready !
