Ingredients:
120g long beans/kacang panjang - cut into 1 inch length
1 can (about 300g) chickpeas -drain out the water and rinsed.
1 inch ginger - chopped
5garlic - chopped
5 shallots - sliced thinly
2 red chillies - sliced thinly
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric/kunyit powder
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, saute the shallots, ginger, garlic and red chillies to soften.
Add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala, coriander and turmeric powder.
Give a good stir and next goes in long beans.
Sitr again and pour about 3-4 tbsp water inside.
Cover and let the beans be cooked.
Remove cover, add chickpeas, lemon juice and salt to taste.
Give a good stir before removing from heat.
