Ingredients:
2 cups dairy-free soy milk (or Almond, rice,)
2 tbsp Dari-Free powder (potatoe based) milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp Agave nectar, or Stevia chrystals
1 small handful mini-marshmallows

Preparation:
1. Heat the soy milk in a small saucepan on medium low heat, bringing just to a simmer - do not boil - and gently stir in the dry milk/Dari-Free powder.
2. Slowly stir in the cocoa powder, and continue to stir or whisk until thoroughly blended.
3. Add the sweetener of your choice.
4. when blended, pour into two mugs, and top each with mini-marshmallows. Allow to steep for @ 2 minutes, which helps thicken the milk and add a velvety richness not usually found in milk-free dessert drinks.
When the marshmallows have turned hot and gooey, top with a few fresh ones, and serve.
OPTIONAL: sift a little cocoa powder over the top of each mug for decoration. Voila!
