- Mix in salt sugar yeast honey and flour.
- Mix milk and water together and heat it until luke warm.
- Mix into the flour and knead until a soft dough if formed by adding oil in between. You will have yo knead for atleast 10 minutes.
- Cover and allow to rise until double. Knock down the air and knead for 2 more minutes.
- Place in well greased loaf pan and cover and allow to rise for 30-45 minutes until double.
- Towards the rise time preheat the oven to 180 degreeC for 10 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.
- Remove from tin and cover with a clean towel and allow to cool down completely before slicing it.
- Enjoy along with warm milk or home made mixed fruit jam.
