Ingredients:
1 lb pecans (shelled and picked)
½ c sugar
1 tsp salt
cooking oil
water

Preparation:
Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add shelled pecans to the water and let it return to a boil for 1-2 minutes. Drain and pat dry on paper towel.
Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a skillet. While it is heating mix the pecans, sugar, and salt together. Stir fry the pecans for 3-4 minutes over medium high heat.
Let cool and serve.
