Ingredients:
· Tomato - 3
· Onion - 2
· Oil - 2 tbsp
· Asafetida - ¼ tsp
· Saunf - ½ tsp
· Mustard - ½ tsp
· Cumin - 1 tsp
· Curry leaves - 6
· Garlic - 4 pods
· Green chilly - 1
· Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
· Red chilly pwd - 1 tbsp
· Coriander pwd - ½ tbsp
· Garam masala pwd - ½ tbsp
· Salt to taste
· Coriander leaves

Preparation:
. Chop tomato and onion to fine slices.
2. Heat oil in a pan, temper with asafetida, saunf, mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
3. Add onion pieces, roast to golden.
4. Add garlic, green chilly, tomato and sauté well till oil separates.
5. Add turmeric pwd, salt, red chilly pwd, coriander pwd, garam masala pwd and allow to cook.
6. Add ½ tb water and allow to boil in medium flame covered with lid.
7. Once it fragrant, and thickens to desired consistency, remove from flame.
8. Serve hot with coriander garnishing.
