Ingredients:
1 lb veal for a stew
1 small onion, chopped
a clove of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup white cooking wine
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 lb Italian Beans, frozen, cut
black pepper and sweet paprika powder to taste
optionally: 1 cup of dry rice ( we like wild rice or red rice )

Preparation:
In a wok or large, deep sauté pan over high heat, warm olive oil until very hot. Add the onion, garlic and stir-fry until it just turns opaque, 3 to 4 minutes. Then add veal and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. Pour the wine over the meat and let it evaporate. Then add both sauces and mix with meat. Pour in 2 cups of water. Let boil and then add rice. When the rice is half-cooked add the beans. Cook till the beans are tender.
