Ingredients:
250gram fried vegetarian fish slices
2 medium (about 150g) potatoes - remove skin, cut into cubes and deep fried.
For the Sambal/Sauce
2 tbsp blended/grounded dried red chillies (or as per taste)
5 shallots - sliced thinly
2 calamansi lime - squeeze out the juice
1 tbsp sweet soya sauce
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the chillies and shallots until the oil floats.
Add in the calamansi juice, soya sauce, curry leaves and salt to taste
Stir all in very quickly before adding the fish slices and fried potatoes.
Continue stirring to combine all the ingredients together before removing from heat.
