Ingredients:

1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil

Fillings:
Assorted veggies
Hummus
Preparation:

Combine socca ingredients, pour into a cake pan and bake in a 400F oven or until cooked through.

Cut socca in half and assemble filling onto sandwich.
