Our Very First Homemade Pizza
What's good about homemade pizza is that you can put in anything you want, and still enjoy the crazy combinations no one else knew about. It's also very fun and easy to make! This is our first homemade pizza, which we made from what's in the fridge. It tasted great, and best of all, it's our creation. :) Who knew making food is just like playing around in the sandbox?
In the pizza above, which is what's left of it after I left it to cool a bit on the table for around 10 seconds, we put in button mushrooms, quickmelt cheese, edam cheese, fresh diced tomatoes, homemade tomato sauce, bacon, ham, and crushed dried basil. Here's the recipe: Homemade Pizza Recipe: Crust: 1 cup flour, preferably first-class 7 g. rapid rise dry yeast 2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil or canola oil 1/4 c. of warm water 1 tsp. of salt 1 tsp. of sugar Toppings: Just about anything! Bacon Mushrooms Edam cheese Quickmelt Tomatoes Tomato Sauce Spices and seasonings Directions: Mix all the dry ingredients for the crust. Make a well at the center and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix well with a fork or beater until it forms a soft dough. Knead for three to four minutesPlace in a clean bowl and cover Leave to rise until dough has doubledFlatten evenly with a rolling pinSpread with tomato paste, then all the other ingredients for the toppingsSprinkle heavily with cheeseBake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven ![]()
