Pan Fried Rice Flour Cake (Steamed Rice Cake) With Eggs & Black Sauce

The above picture showing the white colored rice flour cakes are very similar to steamed Chinese Carrot Cakes, Radish Cakes or some might have call it the Steamed Daikon Cakes, Turnip Cakes and Taro Cakes. I have followed almost all similar ingredients, except using different estimation and proportion of flour and amount of water to fill up my 8 inch square pan.That day, I have steamed this rice
