PANEER CUTLET
INGREDIENTS: Ghee:2tsp Onion:1big,finely chopped Green chillies:2,finely chopped Minced ginger:1tsp Curry leaves:a few Chicken masala:1 1/2tsp Black pepper powder:1/2tsp(more or less as per taste) Garam masala:a pinch Paneer:2oogm,crumbled(i used frozen) Salt,to taste Lemon juice:1tbs Powdered milk bread:30gm Flour:1tbs Oil,for deep frying For coating: Flour:1 1/2tbs Black pepper powder:a pinch Turmeric powder:a pinch Salt,to taste Crushed cornflakes:as needed METHOD: Heat the ghee in a pan. Add onion,ginger,green chillies&curry leaves and sauté on low heat until translucent. Now add paneer,chicken masala powder,pepper powder and enough salt&cook for 2-3minutes while stirring. Remove from fire,let it cool and then add powdered bread, flour(1tbs),garam msala&lemon juice.Mix well by hand.(check for salt and add if needed).Divide the dough into small portions&shape them into cutlets.In a bowl,mix together the coating ingredients except cornflakes.Add enough water to make thin batter.Dip the cutlets in this batter&then roll in crushed cornflakes to coat.Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown n crisp.serve hot with ur favorite dip.. related searches : Paneer
