Pão de batata

Ingredientes:
- 200ml de leite
- 70ml de água
- 60g de manteiga
- 190g de batata cozida
- 10g de sal
- 40g de açúcar
- 550g de farinha tipo 55
- 1 saqueta de fermento 4.6gr (Vanhiné)

Preparação:
 - Coza as batatas em água sem sal e depois de cozidas triture-as.
- Derreta a manteiga e peneire a farinha.
- Certifique-se então de que todos os ingredientes estão à temperatura ambiente antes de começar.
- Vá colocando os ingredientes na cuba pela ordem apresentada na listagem dos ingredientes.
- Programe o menu para 1: base; veja também a cor desejada (mais ou menos tostado) e a quantidade (neste caso 1kg).
-Veja a que horas quer o pão pronto e programe as horas.

Este pão é maravilhoso, tem uma textura muito suave e aveludada.
